Gardaí seek taxi driver who helped drive-by victim
Gardaí have issued a fresh appeal for information in connection with a drive-by shooting in Dublin last Sunday.
A 32-year-old man was shot in the groin on the Clogher Road in Sundrive in the early hours of the morning.
The gunshot came from a car with two male passengers and a male driver.
The victim then hailed a taxi, along with another man, to take him to nearby Saint James Hospital at around 3.30am.
Gardaí are appealing to the taxi driver to contact them.
It is believed he was driving a Volkswagen Passat or a Silver Toyota Avensis.
