Diversions for Red Cow upgrade

The National Roads Authority has announced details of new traffic arrangements at the Red Cow Roundabout while upgrade works are carried out in the area.

From tomorrow, west-bound traffic exiting the roundabout on the N7 will have to transfer onto a new temporary road through the Luas car park.
