TUI slams Govt funding of IT hardware in schools

Half of all IT equipment in the country's classrooms is now obsolete, according to the Teachers Union of Ireland President Tim O'Meara.

The Union is accusing the Government of adopting a 'short-sighted' approach to computers, by failing to fund IT hardware properly.
