Arrest in investigation into Wexford death

Gardaí have arrested a man in connection with the death of another man in County Wexford.

The body of Anthony Cullen, from Hantoon Road in Wexford, was found at a caravan park near Rosslare Strand in the early hours of this morning.

It's believed the 37 year old had suffered serious head injuries.

A post mortem examination is being carried out at Wexford Hospital.

The scene where the body was found is preserved and a technical examination has begun.

The man that Gardai have arrested in connection with the death is being detained at Wexford Garda station, under Section 4 Criminal Justice Act.
