The Road Safety Authority is urging all drivers to keep their speed in check this Easter Bank Holiday weekend.

Over the past five years, 30 people have died on this weekend.

2006 saw the highest number of accidents with six crashes resulting in nine deaths.

Brian Farrell of the RSA said that speed was the number one killer on our roads.
