Harney urges nurses to end 'disruptive' work-to-rule action

The Minister for Health Mary Harney is calling on nurses to stop the work-to-rule action they began this morning in pursuit of improved pay and conditions.

Around 40,000 nurses are refusing to engage in clerical, administrative and IT duties as part of the action.
