Nurses to begin 'work-to-rule' from 8am tomorrow

A work-to-rule by the country's 40,000 nurses is to begin in the morning.

Talks between the Irish Nurses Organisation, the Psychiatric Nurses Association, and the Health Service Executive have failed to reach a resolution.
