'Three hundred new buses needed to meet demand'

SIPTU is seeking an urgent meeting with Minister for Transport Martin Cullen to discuss investment in public transport services across the country.

The union says it accepts that the Government has been spending money in this area, but 300 more buses are still needed to meet commuter demand in cities across the country.
