Taoiseach to publish recommendations on active citizenship

A set of recommendations aimed at getting more people involved in voluntary and community activities is due to be published by the Taoiseach today.

The 25 proposals, which follow nine months of public consultation, have been drawn up by a government task force on so-called 'active citizenship'.
