Senior garda denies ordering colleague's transfer

A senior garda today denied he ordered the transfer of a suspended colleague from Donegal to Dublin.

Assistant Commissioner Dermot Jennings told the Morris Tribunal he merely got advice on whether disgraced garda John White could apply to move.
