Talks fail to resolve row at Cork maternity hospital

Uncertainty continues to surround the planned opening of a new maternity hospital in Cork tomorrow due to a dispute over staffing levels.

Talks on the matter between the HSE and Irish Nurses Organisation ended without agreement late last night.
