Harney defends 'co-location' plan amid Labour criticism

Minister for Health Mary Harney has defended her plan to allow private health facilities to be built on the grounds of public hospitals.

The Labour Party is vowing to scrap such facilities if it forms part of the next Government, saying the plan will exacerbate the two-tier nature of the health service.
