Crew refuses to sail 'leaking' ship amid pay row

The Filipino crew of a Panamanian-registered ship refused to sail from Belfast today in a row over pay and conditions.

Fifteen of the 20 on board, including one who has been there for more than a year, have stood down and want to return home immediately, according to Siptu.
