Nurses and HSE begin fresh talks

Nurses are due to enter into talks with the Health Service Executive today as part of a new initiative aimed at addressing their claim for improved pay and conditions.

The discussions were arranged last week to avert a planned work-to-rule action in hospitals across the country.
