Gardaí are investigating the circumstances surrounding the death of a 14-year-old boy in Co Kerry.

Gardaí are investigating the circumstances surrounding the death of a 14-year-old boy in Co Kerry.

He was taken from a farm house in the Dysert area of Lixnaw at 7.30pm last night.

He died at Kerry General Hospital around two hours later.

A post mortem will be carried out by Assistant State Pathologist Dr Margaret Bolster today.
