An independent review is to take place into the HSE's handling of a Waterford teenager, who apparently died after sniffing solvents in Dungarvan last month.

Dr Harry Ferguson from the University of the West of England in Bristol will carry out the independent review of the HSE's handling of the case and will assist in making recommendations.
