All-Ireland free travel for pensioners introduced

The arrival of a new all-Ireland free travel scheme for senior citizens was today welcomed by politicians from both sides of the border.

The new era of seamless free all-island travel starts on April 2 opening up opportunities for tens of thousands of older people in every part of Ireland.
