An African man who faces sentence for raping a teenage Zambian girl he claimed he had married has told the Central Criminal Court he wishes to fire his third legal team.

Kasenge Bangu (aged 46), a Congolese native, was told by Mr Justice Barry White that the court will not assign him a fourth legal team and that he should consider he would have to represent himself at his sentencing if he persists in dismissing the third legal team that has been assigned to him.
