Teenager's organs helped three others, inquest told

The parents of a 15-year-old girl who died after being struck with a baseball bat during an assault in Dublin donated her organs to help three people, an inquest heard today.

Maurice Kiely, the father of Rebekah, fought back tears as Dublin City Coroner Dr Brian Farrell thanked him for his brave actions.
