Shane McArdle, from Louth Village, was stillborn at Our Lady of Lourdes Hospital on Saint Patrick's Day, 2004.

He was resuscitated, but died within 24 hours.

The inquest found that his death was caused by the misdiagnosis of his breech position during labour.
