The removal of the young couple killed in a house fire in the Curragh army camp on New Year's Day is due to take place this evening.

Darren Hanly and Amanda Murphy, who had two young children, died when the house they were staying in caught fire in the early hours of Monday morning.

They had just returned to the house from New Year's Eve celebrations.

Hundreds of locals are expected to attend this evening's removal service at the Church of St Brigid in the Curragh.
