The Labour Party has called on the Government to radically overhaul its decentralisation plan after it emerged just 6% of civil servants have completed moves out of Dublin.

Today is the date that was originally set for the completion of the programme, which was to see 10,000 civil and public servants move to 53 towns and villages around the country.
