Two decommissioning body members given British honours

Two members of the Independent International Commission on Decommissioning in the North have been honoured in the British New Year's Honours List.

Brigadier Tauno Niemenan of Finland and American Andrew Sens have both been made commanders of the British Empire for their services to peace.
