A man was being questioned today about a hit-and-run crash in the North in which a cyclist was killed.

He was the fourth suspect arrested by police investigating the collision in Randalstown, Co Antrim, on Tuesday.

Seamus Graffin, 58, of Oriel Road, Antrim, died when his bike was hit by a car in the Castle Road area.

Police said he had been struck by a white Audi, which was later found abandoned near the Ballygrooby roundabout.

Two of the three men detained originally were released without charge, while the other was continuing to assist with inquiries.

Mr Graffin was the fifth person killed on Northern Ireland’s roads since last Friday.
