Changes in criminal justice will work, says McDowell

Minister for Justice Michael McDowel has said today that he is confident the forthcoming changes in the Criminal Justice Bill will make life more difficult for criminals.

Mr McDowell said impending Garda initiatives will make it difficult for criminals to conduct their illicit trade.
