New protections planned for flat dwellers

New laws to protect the rights of apartment dwellers are due to be proposed in a consultation documents from the Law Reform Commission later today.

The measures will include new laws to regulate the annual charges that apartment dwellers pay for the maintenance of common areas and the provision of certain services.
