Shot Limerick man uncle of injured Jordan

A man shot dead outside a house in the Southill area of Limerick was an uncle of five-year-old Jordan Crawford, who was shot in the leg outside the same house last month.

The man, who was in his 40s and who has been named locally as Noel Crawford, was standing in front of a house in O'Malley Park just before 3am when he was shot once by a gunman who approached on foot.
