Seanad passes Bill aimed at ending disputes over wills

The Seanad has approved a private-members Bill aimed at tightening up the legal situation surrounding wills.

The legislation, which was put forward by Fianna Fáil Senator Terry Leyden, would require copies of all wills to be lodged with a state agency.
