The man accused of murdering his teenaged ex-girlfriend pleaded guilty to the charge of murder today.

Thomas Kennedy (aged 21), of 84 Russell Heights, Cobh, Co Cork, was re-arraigned on the charge of murdering Sheola Keaney (aged 19), on a date between July 14 and July 16 at Cobh.
