Woman found unconscious at side of the road in Clare

A woman is in a critical condition at Ennis General Hospital this evening after being discovered unconscious on the side of the road in a village in County Clare.

The woman, who was in her forties, was found by a passerby outside a Truck Testing Centre, in Clarecastle at around 11.40am.
