Application lodged for foreshore licence for survey works off Rossport

An application has been lodged with the Department of the Marine and Natural Resources for a foreshore licence for survey works in the bay areas off Rossport in Co Mayo.

The application follows an announcement by the Corrib Gas partners of their intention to modify the onshore pipeline route.

Informal consultation is getting underway on the new route.
