The prosecution in the Joe O'Reilly murder case has said it needs more time to prepare the book of evidence.

The 35-year-old was present at Cloverhill Court today for the hearing which lasted less than a minute.

The book of evidence will now be served on December 5 at Swords District Court.

Joe O'Reilly is charged with the murder of his wife Rachel at their home near the Naul in north Co Dublin on October 4 2004.
