Security alert causing traffic disruption in north Dublin

A security alert is causing traffic disruption on one of the busiest roads in north Dublin this afternoon.

The North Circular Road has been cordoned off between the Berkeley Road junction and Dorset Street.

The reason for the closure has not been disclosed and it is unknown when the road will be reopened.
