DUP MP pours cold water on St Andrew’s proposals

A leading Democratic Unionist Party MP has said he doubts that power-sharing government will be restored in the North by the Irish-British target of March next year.

The remarks by Nigel Dodds are being interpreted as further evidence of a lack of support within the DUP for the St Andrew's proposals put forward following talks in Scotland last month.
