Ahern to meet Northern parties in Belfast

Minister for Foreign Affairs Dermot Ahern is to travel to Belfast next week for talks with the North's Assembly parties, it emerged today.

Mr Ahern’s Monday visit to Stormont will come ahead of the release of the Independent Monitoring Commission’s report on paramilitary groups and the October 11 talks in St Andrew’s.
