Dublin woman dies from injuries sustained in M7 crash

A 25-year-old Dublin woman has died from injuries she sustained in a motorcycle crash on Monday night.

Ciara Geraghty, from Swords Road in Whitehall, was a pillion passenger on a motorcycle that crashed into the central barrier on the M7 near Monasterevin in Co Kildare.

She died at Naas General Hospital last night.

The male driver of the motorbike was also killed in the crash.
