Thousands gather for Offaly and Meath agriculture shows
More than 50,000 people are gathering in Co Offaly today for the National Livestock Show.
Minister for Agriculture Mary Coughlan will attend the event in Tullamore, which features showjumping and a number of agricultural displays.
In Co Meath, more than 20,000 visitors are expected at the Steam Threshing exhibition in Moynalty.
There will be an all-Ireland vintage rally and craft exhibition.
