Rossport campaigners complete 300km trek
Campaigners from Rossport in Co Mayo have arrived in Dublin after the final leg of a 300 kilometre trek across the country.
They are trying to raise awareness for the Shell to Sea campaign, which is opposed to the construction of Shell Ireland's Corrib Gas Pipeline.
The company recently announced they would be re-routing the pipeline following recommendations in an independent report, but Rossport residents have said that's not enough and they want the pipe built at sea.
The Mayor of Dublin Vincent Jackson welcomed the walkers at the entrance to Kilamainham Gaol.
