Gardaí release man arrested in connection with Co Kilkenny death

Gardaí in Co Kilkenny have released a man arrested in connection with the death of another man whose body was found in a burning caravan in Castlecomer early yesterday morning.

The body was found by firefighters tackling the blaze in Deerpark Cottages at around 4am.

The dead man is believed to have been in his late 40s of early 50s.

A 21-year-old man was arrested by gardaí investigating the case, but he was released without charge last night.
