Man killed in Kildare road accident named

The name of the 18-year-old man killed in this morning's collision in Co Kildare has been released.

Stephen Mc Cabe from College Park, Newbridge died following an incident involving a bus near Naas last night.

According to Gardaí, he was fatally injured when he alighted from the mini bus while it was still in motion.

The accident happened at 3.30am this morning at Jigginstown.

An investigation is underway.
