Second teenager dies after Co Limerick crash

Gardaí have confirmed that a second teenage girl has died following a road accident in Co Limerick yesterday.

It happened at about 12.30am yesterday at Galbally, when the car in which the two 15-year-old girls were travelling crashed into a ditch.

Leanne Miller from Kilteely was pronounced dead yesterday - while her friend died early this morning in hospital.

These deaths bring to 16 the number of people killed on our roads in one week.
