Man arrested after Donegal stabbing

Gardaí in Co Donegal have arrested a 25-year-old man following a stabbing incident in the village of Fahan early this morning.

Gardaí were called to the scene just before 4am.

They say one man had suffered minor stab wounds during an apparent altercation.

A second man was arrested following a three-hour stand-off and a knife was recovered at the scene.
