Gardaí name victim of fatal Thurles crash

Gardaí have named the young man who was killed in a road accident in Co Tipperary yesterday.

The man, 19-year-old Micheal Kenny from Spafield Crescent in Cashel, was the 200th person to die on Irish roads in the first six months of this year.
