Gardaí name victim of fatal Thurles crash

Gardaí have named the young man who was killed in a road accident in Co Tipperary yesterday.

The man, 19-year-old Micheal Kenny from Spafield Crescent in Cashel, was the 200th person to die on Irish roads in the first six months of this year.

He died when the car he was driving crashed into a wall at Ballynonty, in Thurles.
