Anger at affordable housing sell-on loophole

It has emerged that there is a loophole in the Government's affordable housing scheme which means that owners can sell their house for a profit.

The Minister for the Environment Dick Roche is coming under fire after a family who were granted a house in Cork under the scheme sold it at twice its cost price a few months later.
