Death crash victim named

Gardaí have named the victim of a three-vehicle road smash in Co Galway.

Jeremiah Mulcahy, 66, of Parklands Drive, Commons Road, Cork, was killed during the collision on the main Gort to Ennis road at 3pm yesterday.
