Sinn Féin has attacked Dublin City Council for spending more than €10m on promoting a controversial waste incinerator in Ringsend that is opposed by local residents.

Local councillor Daithi Doolan says the money has been spent on private consultants, advertising and public relations connected to the proposed facility on the Poolbeg Peninsula.
