Small increase in numbers signing on

There was a small increase of 600 in the numbers signing on between April and May, according to figures released from the Central Statistics Office (CSO).

The seasonally-adjusted live register total increased from 158,200 in April to 158,800 in May. This compares with an increase of 1,200 in April.
