Former minister tells tribunal of anonymous bribe offer

Former minister Sean Barrett has told the Mahon tribunal that he was approached in his constituency clinic and asked to lobby for payment on behalf of developers.

The Fine Gael ex-councillor says he was offered IR£80,000 by an anonymous man to promote a land swap in south Dublin and get the local council to support it.
