GOAL slams international community over earthquake response

The international community is being criticised today for its apparent inability to respond effectively to natural disasters such as the earthquake in Indonesia at the weekend.

The death toll stood at 4,983 today, according to Indonesia's Social Ministry, though officials in the affected areas put the estimate at 4,380.
