Three men in their twenties are under arrest in Limerick as part of an investigation into the murder of a 25 year old man.

Three men in their twenties are under arrest in Limerick as part of an investigation into the murder of a 25 year old man.

Keith Ryan, from Farranshone in Limerick, was found dead under the Shannon Bridge near Condell Road after 11 o'clock last night.

Gardaí say the victim had suffered head and back injuries.

The three men are being held at Mayorstone Garda Station - they can be questioned for up to twelve hours without charge.
